The Parish Meeting is held every other month on the first Monday (with the exception of Bank Holidays) in the village hall at Loxton. For details of the next meeting, contact the Parish Clerk here.

Meetings will be managed by the Chair of the Council with the Clerk in attendance to offer advice and take minutes. A range of matters will be discussed and Parishioners are encouraged to attend and bring any matters of local importance to attention of the Council.
